Fabit Group Oy, Finland - Mobile and Web Application

The Finnish startup Fabit Group Oy launched a new online service, Bluumo.fi, which transforms the way we consume and produce person-to-person well-being services. JMC collaborated to create a concept how to implement the startup's business idea in the best way, created MVP to test the concept in practice.

Instead of a native mobile app, we decided to use Web App technology. We built a browser-based application for Bluumo, which users can also install on their devices, whether they are using a phone, tablet, or computer. JMC supported the project from the initial planning stages to the launch of the final MVP product.

As a result of our collaboration, Fabit Group Oy was able to quickly and cost-effectively test its concept with real customers. Within two months of launching the first version, the platform had already served its first paying customers, and the company received valuable customer feedback, which allowed for rapid customer-centric development.

After the MVP phase, the collaboration continues in the form of service development, one increment at a time, using agile methods. We provide Bluumo with a development environment where changes are reviewed before being launched into production. This way, the startup can develop its platform in a customer-centric and professional manner, even with limited resources.
